Founded LM Academy in 2004, and it has gone from strength to strength. Louisa started dancing aged 2, at 16 went on to train at Northern Contemporary Dance School obtaining a BPA (Hons) Degree in Contemporary Dance. Returning home Louisa knew she wanted to teach and share her knowledge to other enthusiastic dancers. Louisa holds her DDE in Tap and Modern with the ISTD and is RAD qualified through mutual agreement.
In 2012 Louisa created her own Contemporary Dance syllabus (CDA) which has been sold worldwide so is now a director and chief examiner. Louisa also adjudicates many dance competitions across the country and was a judge in Athens Greece for the first ever Modern and Contemporary dance competition.

Louisa loves the ability to share and create amazing opportunities for her students. 



Roxanne started dancing very young in Leicester, from here Roxanne went on to train at Laban Contemporary in London. Whilst in London Roxanne joined Beyond Repair Contemporary Dance Company. Since joining the company Roxanne has performed at Saddlers Wells, and a slot at Glastonbury every year.

Roxanne has also performed on Got to Dance, Britain's Got Talent and The Brit Awards to name a few.

Roxanne, now turned to teaching enjoys all dance styles but loves acrobatics and contemporary, and delivers many acrobatic workshops in London.

As well as teaching dance Roxanne is also a PE teacher.

In 2017 Roxanne joined Loughborough University where she teaches contemporary dance to students on university courses.

Roxanne lives to see her students achieve what they have been aiming for.



Tilli started dancing at the young age of 2 and a half.  From a junior right up to a senior, Tilli has performed in numerous shows, and festivals, and has also represented England in the Dance World Cup.

Tilli has gained exceptional marks in her major examinations with the RAD and ISTD, and was awarded a 3 Distinction* BTEC Extended Diploma in Performing Arts Dance Level 3

Currently Tilli is undertaking a Higher National Diploma in dance at Addict Dance Academy Leicester, as well as studying for her teachers exams in ISTD Tap and Modern at Imperial Academy of Dance.



Gemma started dancing very young in Leicester, then went on to continue her training at Laine's Theatre Arts in Epsom. After finishing her studies Gemma went into the dance industry both dancing and singing and found her strongest style to be jazz. This lead Gemma to work on Films such as "Nine" with Daniel Day-Lewis and Nicole Kidman, "Pirates of The Caribbean 4", "Bollywood" and "You Me and Us" in India.

Gemma also performed in "Thriller Live" both in the UK and the European tour and Ray Charles, "Can't Stop Loving You" USA tour, and Show Boat" at the Royal Albert Hall London. 

Gemma has also worked for Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi, starred on SKY 1's Louis Spence Showbiz and performed in the 2012 Olympic Closing Ceromony.

Gemma loves to see the progression and development of the students she teaches, passing on all her knowledge gained from the industry.



Daniel started dancing age 7 in Leicester, from here he continued on at The Royal Ballet in London, following this he completed he training at Bird College in Kent.

After his studies Daniel went on to become a dancer/magic assistant in various shows all over the world, including a Can-Can dancer in Paris. 

Daniel also spent many years performing on Cruise Ships, performing on board as well as numerous theatres and casinos in amazing locations.

Daniel has now turned his talents to teaching all ages and all genres and is an established choreographer for Bod-X Company.
